Vine Double Bay X Laurent- Perrier Launch

 

Last night, Thursday 21st of May, the hottest restaurant on the block, Vine Double Bay, launched their collaborative Laurent-Perrier Champagne menu.It was only fitting that the French inspired restaurant hosted the event as guests were served Laurent-Perrier Brut, which was elegantly paired with tasting plates designed by Head Chef Drew Bolton. Host of the special night, General Manager of Vine, Mikee Collins, spoke to guests about how proud he was to be a part of the exclusive collaboration and the exciting journey since Vine launched eight months ago.Guests included former Miss World Australia, Erin Holland, My Kitchen Rules Champions Will Stewart and Steve Flood, head of Laurent-Perrier Paul Stenmark, model Nikki Phillips and husband Dane Rumble, Lauren Vickers, Kara Wilson, model Madeline Huett, as well as an impressive list of food and beverage writers. All guests were lucky enough to walk away with gift bags that included Joico hair products, a Peppermint Grove candle, and a copy of the latest Time Out magazine.Overall the night was a huge success and recommend you head to VINE soon to treat yourself to a beautiful glass of Laurent Perrier and sample the new menu.
