BONDI GIVES BACK: SMALL BIZ BIG RELIEF
Bondi – one of Sydney’s most exciting food, drink and retail hubs – is inviting locals and Sydney-siders alike to spend up locally on the 15th. and 16th February to support the national bushfire relief and provide direct community support to the South Coast of NSW.
Bondi Gives Back is an initiative that encourages consumers and their friends to enjoy the alluring suburb with all proceeds from participating retailers and businesses going directly to the people that need it most.
The money raised from the weekend will go to Australian Lions Foundation (ALF) who have been providing emergency support to bushfire victims. 100% of funds donated to the ALF go directly towards supporting those impacted in the bushfires.
The fundraiser which is backed by the Bondi Chamber (who are managing registrations) has already seen iconic local retailers, cafes and bars sign on to participate in the weekend’s activities. Bondi businesses on board with activities and offers include bRU coffee, Triangl Swimwear, Bondi Hardware, Drake, Fishmongers, Gertrude and Alice, Bikini Bar, Raw Bar, Toni & Guy, Between the Flags, Bondi Rumba, Lean Bean Fitness, Badlambs Barbers, Le Paris Go Cafe, Parlour Box, Harry’s, Doughboy, Lets Go Surfing, The Crabbe Hole, Balance Moves, The 440 Run Club, El Indio, Sage Beauty, Fishmongers and Lox Stock and Barrel, and many more who can personally select how they would like to participate in the weekend activation.
A committee of Bondi Locals have been behind the concept and are thrilled to see the response from retailers who are coming together as a community to support the devastating fires.
