VANS COMFYCUSH LAUNCH

Celebrating the launch of the ComfyCush Era - Vans threw parties in Perth, at Hell Hole, and in Melbourne at The Third Day . Drinks flowed, bowls were dropped into, as the Vans history was both remembered and made.

The ComfyCush harbours the same classic Vans styles that we all know and love, though they give ultimate comfort. In particular, the Era (also known as #95) is detailed with a padded collar and a vast array of different colour combinations. It is the love child of pro skaters Tony Alva and Stacy Peralta and has since become a generational skate shoe of choice following its birth in 1976.

Given it's impact on the skating community, Alva and Peralta pleaded for Vans to recreate the classic silhouette with a softer sole in a way that wouldn’t sacrifice the shoe’s legendary style... leading us to the rad ComfyCush engineering that we have today.
